Web App “First Responder” Critical Data Evaluation
On Request

Don't gamble and let your product get to market where the cost of repair is significant, when you can automate a "First Responder" analysis of critical data and focus your specialists on the products at high risk and automate repair requirements or approvals of in specification products.

Due to the nature of defect analysis this application is customer specific but it is based upon a real world solution we provided using Sharepoint and Excel (it is now being ported to a Web based server); working with the customer specialist to incorporate structural analysis of components to determine risk severity. The manufacturer was on a completely different time zone from the design team and typically had to wait 24 hours for a response. Implementing the analysis on a server kept the design data secret and provided a response in minutes. In many cases a standard repair solution could be identified meaning the problem was resolved locally with little to know support for low risk components.

Simple STEPS TO AUTOMATE CRITICAL DATA EVALUATION
FIRST RESPONDER
step
1
Upload Data
Critical Manufacturing Data is uploaded for evaluation .

The format of this data is customer and product specific.  The dataset may contain plant or factory information.

step
2
Analysis
A product specific analysis is completed on the uploaded dataset.

Using knowledge of product design criteria a risk profile is determined.

step
3
Recommendation

The analysis will provide a set of recommended actions based upon the analysed risk.

This could be an instruction  to quarantine the product or a set of repair instructions.

step
4
Database Storage
The uploaded data along with the analysis is stored into a SQL database.

The data can be viewed in PowerBI and/or emails sent to specialist if the product is quarantined.
